HelpDesk is designed to facilitate customers, shipping lines and other delegate authorities by offering them one window service. Being a Communication Gateway Helpdesk is round the clock involved in facilitating the Trade.

Help desk is addressing below mentioned issues:

1. WeBOC/Non WeBOC firefighting issues.
2. Liaison with WeBOC/Non WeBOC customer to facilitate them in trouble shooting.
3. Monitoring WeBOC EDI messages flow and FTP/EDI related trouble shouting issues.
4. Ensure to update One Customs examination requests.
5. Auction containers processing and monitoring.
6. Handling and monitoring On dock rail operations.
7. Managing and monitoring CFS cargo shifting and de-stuffing at the Off-dock facilities.
8. Customer complaint receiving, resolution and feedback.
9. Providing support to relevant legislative authority as required.
