- WeBOC/Non WeBOC firefighting issues.
- Liaison with WeBOC/Non WeBOC customer to facilitate them in trouble shooting.
- Monitoring WeBOC EDI messages flow and FTP/EDI related trouble shouting issues.
- Ensure to update One Customs examination requests.
- Auction containers processing and monitoring.
- Handling and monitoring On dock rail operations.
- Managing and monitoring CFS cargo shifting and de-stuffing at the Off-dock facilities.
- Customer complaint receiving, resolution and feedback.
- Providing support to relevant legislative authority as required.
