HelpDesk is designed to facilitate customers, shipping lines and other delegate authorities by offering them one window service. Being a Communication Gateway Helpdesk is round the clock involved in facilitating the Trade.
Helpdesk is addressing below mentioned issues:
  •  WeBOC/Non WeBOC firefighting issues.
  •  Liaison with WeBOC/Non WeBOC customer to facilitate them in trouble shooting.
  •  Monitoring WeBOC EDI messages flow and FTP/EDI related trouble shouting issues.
  •  Ensure to update One Customs examination requests. 
  •  Auction containers processing and monitoring.
  •  Handling and monitoring On dock rail operations. 
  •  Managing and monitoring CFS cargo shifting and de-stuffing at the Off-dock facilities.
  •  Customer complaint receiving, resolution and feedback.
  • Providing support to relevant legislative authority as required.
